Debra Teufel

Debra Teufel is the President & CEO of the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce. Teufel began her role with the Hutch Chamber in 2017 where she oversees the Chamber, Greater Hutch and Visit Hutch. She has extensive experience in economic development and prior to assuming this role, she served as the Director of Public/Private Partnerships with the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. She served as Vice President of the Greater Wichita Economic Development at the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce from 2008-2015, and has worked in economic development since 1999 across the south-central Kansas region. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, holds her Certification in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council since 2008,and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute.

Lacie Janzen

Lacie Janzen is the Economic Development Manager for Greater Hutch.  Janzen began her role with the Hutch Chamber in 2020 where she now leads the Greater Hutch Economic Development Partnership programs in Reno County.  She helped spearhead the creation of Career Quest and other workforce initiatives to help grow a robust talent pipeline for the future.  In addition, she has led Downtown Hutch as the program manager since 2020, resulting in new promotions in the retail district and robiust small business creation on Main Street.  Janzen is a graduate of Heartland Economic Development Course and is working towards completion of the OU Economic Development Institute. Lacie has been a resident of Reno County since 2003 and she and her husband, Matt, have two daughters, Calleigh and Hattie.  


 

Lauren Storm

Lauren has lived in Hutchinson for the last five years.  After graduating from the University of Kansas with an English Degree, Lauren spent 13 years working in the food and beverage industry, most recently as the bar manager and events coordinator for Jillian's Italian Grill.  When not engaging in workforce programming, you can find Lauren relaxing on her porch serenading her cat with a ukulele.  Lauren and her husband Devin recently became a family of three welcoming a baby boy to their family!
